• La grande fosse _ Méridien de l'estomac

• 巨髎, jù liáo – 足阳明胃经 

• geo ryo 거료, ko ryō – 족양명위경

Cự = to; Liêu = chỗ lõm. Huyệt ở chỗ lõm bên dưới xương gò má (xương to), vì vậy gọi là Cự Liêu (Trung Y Cương Mục).

TÁC DỤNG CHỮA BỆNH:

Sơ phong, hoạt lạc, tiêu thũng, chỉ thống.

CHỈ ĐỊNH:

Trị liệt mặt, răng đau, môi và má sưng đau.

PHỐI HỢP HUYỆT:

• Phối hợp với huyệt Thiên song SI16 trị má sưng.

• Phối hợp với huyệt Nhân trung DU-26, Tình minh BL-1, Hợp cốc LI-4, Phong phủ DU-16 trị chứng chảy máu cam.

• Phối hợp với huyệt Tình minh BL-1, Giáp xa ST6, Quyền liêu SI18, Hợp cốc LI-4 trị liệt mặt. 

• Phối hợp với huyệt Hạ quan ST7, Hợp cốc LI-4 trị đau răng trên.

THỦ THUẬT:

Châm thẳng hoặc xiên 0,3 – 0,5 thốn

Ôn cứu 3 – 5 phút.

GIẢI PHẪU:

• Dưới da là cơ gò má nhỏ, cơ nâng cánh mũi và môi trên (cơ vuông môi trên), vào sâu có cơ nanh, xương hàm trên.

• Thần kinh vận động cơ là các nhánh của dây thần kinh sọ não số VII.

• Da vùng huyệt chi phối bởi dây thần kinh sọ não số V.
